Payment terms

The prices are per unit per night for max. 2 persons using king size bed, in high season for a min. of 7 nights stay, in €. Taxes included.

Additional +1 or +2 person using a sofa bed in the living room pays extra, on request. Small children sharing king size bed with parents pay 5 € per day.
Arrival from 3 PM, departure before 10 AM
Dogs are welcome, free of charge, upon request, providing the dog has its own place to sleep (not on beds) and not disturbing other guests.
Guests are expected to keep the apartment and its contents clean and safe from damage, on departure all in place as it was.
Changing reservation only in agreement with us and we may ask you to compensate for any loss in booking, same as for CANCELLATION.
A mandatory law in Croatia requires every guest to present valid government ID upon check-in. Persons other than registered guests are restricted from the apartment and property in general.
Early Check in or late Check out - only if possible, to be agreed upon reservation.

Deposit to secure your booking, via bank non refundable in case of cancellation.
Full payment – Upon arrival, in cash / currency € or via bank transfer.
Departure before last reserved date – no refund under any conditions.

Towels and bed linen change on request, take environment into consideration.
